It wasn’t just about the physical changes; it was also a mental challenge that
taught me valuable lessons. If I could go back in time, there are definitely things I would do differently.
When I first started with steroids, I had no idea what to expect.
I knew they were powerful hormones that could help me build muscle faster, but I didn’t realize how meticulous the process
needed to be. Looking back, here’s what
I would change:
My First Steroid Cycle
The journey began with a lot of research and planning. I had to balance my diet, workouts, and recovery while on the cycle.
It wasn’t easy, but it taught me the importance
of preparation.
What I Would Change In My First Steroid Cycle If
I Could Go Back In Time
If I could go back, here’s what I’d do differently:
Dosage Adjustment: I started with a lower dose than necessary.
I was afraid of side effects and didn’t realize how my body would respond.
A slightly higher dose might have been more effective without causing too many issues.
Duration of Cycle: My initial cycle lasted eight weeks, but
I felt like I could’ve pushed it a bit longer to see better
